Our first step after you reach out is to schedule an initial call. This is a free, no-obligation, confidential call to discuss your needs, and the specific points you’re struggling with. We’ll run through your current workload, and your growth forecast.
PROPOSAL
After this, we’ll provide you with a bespoke proposal, based on our discussion and how we think we can best support you. We’ll also run through how our pricing and invoicing work - we’ll always be completely transparent and
up-front with you.
WE GET TO WORK!
If you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll get to work as soon as we can. For most of our clients, we support on an ongoing monthly retainer, however, we also offer one-off project support as well as quarterly services.
PRICING
If you're seeking reliable and consistent support on a monthly basis, our tailored monthly retainers are designed just for you.
With a set amount of hours agreed upon each month, you can trust that we'll be on standby to assist you with your tasks whenever you need us. Plus, we understand that needs may vary, which is why our flexible approach allows for additional hours to be seamlessly added on whenever necessary, ensuring you always have the support you require, even if your workload unexpectedly increases.
Alternatively, if you find that your workload fluctuates and you're not utilising all your allocated hours in a given month, fret not. We're committed to optimising your retainer to match your evolving needs. Whether it's reducing your retainer for the following month or adjusting it to better align with your workflow, we're here to ensure you get the most value out of your investment.
One of the advantages of working with us over hiring an employee is you only pay for the time you need. There are no extra office or equipment costs and you don't have to worry about National Insurance, pension or holiday payments.
