As well as our Business Support services we also offer more traditional PA services, such as travel coordination, diary management, event planning, home management and errands.
​​A Virtual Assistant can do any number of tasks within your business. We can help with admin work that a receptionist or office manager would normally do. We can also help with more complex tasks that are usually completed by specialists, such as marketing or bookkeeping.
Once you've made an initial enquiry via the contact form on our website, we'll be in touch to arrange a Discovery Call. On the call we will discuss your current business set up, your business requirements, what you think you need help right right now, and any other questions you might have.
Once we've agreed on a start date, a contract will be drawn up and once that's been signed we can start working together. It really is that simple!
We track our time using a software system called Toggl. All time tracked is rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes and invoiced at the end of each month. If you are on a monthly retainer with a set number of hours, then we will be in contact with you before you reach your agreed time.
We'll set up a bespoke contract for our work together. Before we begin, we'll review and sign it together. If at any point you feel like things aren't quite right for you, we just ask for one month's notice to end the agreement. We want to make sure everything works well for both of us!
We aim to be available during the typical 9-5 working day, but can be flexible beyond these hours. As long as you clearly communicate your preferred working times, we will do our best to accommodate them, even across different time zones.
If your Virtual Assistant encounters an emergency or becomes unexpectedly unavailable, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. If necessary we will have another team member ready to step in and support you.
Your Virtual Assistant maintains an updated live document for you, so another team member is easily able to jump right in if needed.
For any scheduled leave, we will give you plenty of notice and offer the option to pause our services, or utilise an alternative member of our team for this period. The handover will be thorough to ensure that your alternative Virtual Assistant can continue your tasks without interruption.
No, all prices shown are exclusive of VAT. As a VAT-registered business, we add VAT at 20% to all invoices.
If your business is VAT registered, you may be able to reclaim the VAT charged. Please consult your accountant for advice specific to your situation.
